The Breathing Space — Our Bi-Monthly Meditation on Zoom

The Breathing Space gathering will be on hiatus at the start of the New Year and resumes on Tuesday, February 11 and 25, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (11:00 a.m. Pacific; 2:00 p.m. Eastern).

'The Breathing Space' is a place to retreat for a tranquil time of stillness in a live meditation and mindfulness experience on Zoom, hosted by meditation facilitator Paulette Pipe.

Take time to exhale and be transported into a deep sanctuary of stillness while in the company of other like-minded noble friends. Chances are, after this 30-minute experience, you'll return to the rest of your day feeling refreshed, energized, and radiating with a deep sense of peace.

The Breathing Space meditation typically happens on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month unless there are five Tuesdays in a month, then, we offer a bonus evening meditation on the fifth Tuesday. (Our next Twilight Breathing Space meditation session is scheduled for April 29, 2025.)

If you’d like to be part of this bi-monthly gathering in the coming year, REGISTER HERE, and the day before we meet, you’ll receive an email notification containing the Zoom link. We’d love your referrals, so please consider inviting a friend to join our meditation experience, too.

Although our practices are led by someone with decades of experience—who is considered a world-class meditation facilitator with a reputation for facilitating deeply healing and mesmerising meditations—there's no charge to attend the Breathing Space. However, if you're inspired to share a donation to support our work, that would be awesome. Thank you!

In the meantime, we’re excited to meet and meditate with you at our next gathering. Until then, catch the blessings and beautiful wishes being sent your way.

Namaste.

What a beautiful gift to be able to take this time to be still.
